摘 要:研究苦豆草生物碱对黄粉虫取食行为的影响。结果表明:苦豆草生物碱总碱及各单体对黄粉虫均有拒食作用,且拒食率随着生物碱浓度的升高而显著增加。总碱的拒食率在浓度为4×10-3mol/L时达到最高,为83.1%,显著高于其他浓度下的拒食率(P<0.05)。在各单体中,氧化苦参碱的拒食效果最好,其在低浓度(3 mg/mL)时的拒食率即达到58.4%,而在高浓度(4.5 mg/mL)时的拒食率则高达90.9%。Effects of alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroids on the feeding behavior of Tenebrio molitor were studied. The results showed that feeding of the insect was strongly inhibited by the total alkaloids and their monomers,with the higher concentration having stronger antifeedant effect. The antifeedant rate of the total alkaloids reached the highest (83.1% )at the concentration of 4× 10^-3 mol/L, higher than that of other concentrations significantly (P〈0.05).Among the five monomers tested, oxymatrine showed the strongest antifeedant effect, when the concentration was 3 mg/mL and 4.5 mg/mL, the antifeedant rate was 58.4% and 90.9%,respectively.
