摘 要:艾弗里转化实验在遗传物质发现过程中起到的作用至关重要.在查阅大量史料的基础上将艾弗里转化实验与格里菲斯转化实验、噬菌体侵染实验分别进行对比分析,进而论述其重要意义.针对艾弗里转化实验的结果在公布之初的数年内未能引起应有重视的历史事实进行思考,总结出主客观原因,并对其中存在争议的问题进行探讨.指出"四核苷酸假说"深刻影响了艾弗里实验的受认可度,其中蕴含的科学发展规律对今天仍有启示意义.Avery's transformation test plays an important role in the process of the discovery of genetic material. We analyze Avery's transformation test in comparison with Griffith' s transformation test and bacteriophage invasion experiment respectively on the basis of consulting a large number of historical data. Thus we discuss the significant meaning of it. Aiming at the historical fact that the result of Avery's transformation test was not given the due attention in the incipient years, we think deeply so as to summarize the subjective and objective reason and discuss some controversial issues of it. It points out that "tetranucleotide hypothesis" has a profound impact on the recognized degree of Avery's test. The laws of development of science contained in it bring us enlightenment at the present.
