摘　　要：警察开枪前的口头警告作为一种重要的警告形式,有助于充分体现警察用枪的合法性、合理性,各国立法多持肯定态度。我国立法对于口头警告缺乏详尽的规范,有必要明确规定口头警告的适用条件、实施方法,便于警察在执法实践中规范地运用。Verbal warning, which is an important form of warning before shooting by ponce, neaps to tony embody the legitimacy and rationality of the use of firearms by police, and many countries take affirmative attitude towards it in their legislations. In China, lack of detailed specifications on verbal warning results in strong randomness of using it. In order to make verbal warning play an important role effectively, legislations on the verbal warning need to be perfected by clearly regulating the applicable conditions and implementation rules of verbal warning .
