摘　　要：目的分析Bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达与临床、病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学PV法检测Bcl-2在38例浸润性乳腺癌及正常组织中的表达情况,分析Bcl-2的表达与肿瘤临床、病理特征等的关系。结果①Bcl-2在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率66%。②Bcl-2阳性表达率与淋巴结有无转移、肿物直径、绝经与否、病理分期及两者之间无相关性(P>0.05)。③Bcl-2阳性表达率与组织学分级之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。④Bcl-2阳性表达率与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)之间呈正相关。结论 Bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌的预后判断方面具有重要意义。Objective The expression of Bel-2 is analyzed for clinical and pathological characteristics in breast cancer. Methods The expression of Bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemical PV method. Results ① The positive rate of the expression of Bcl-2 in breast cancer was 66%. ②There is no correlation between Bcl-2 and lymph node metastasis, tumor diameter, menstruation condition and pathological stage. ③The expression of Bcl-2 has negative correlation with histology grade. ④The expression of Bcl-2 has positive correlation with the ER and PR. Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2 protein in breast cancer plays a very important role in the prognostic e-valuation.
