0.5%聚维酮碘眼周皮肤消毒预防白内障术后感染的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨使用0.5%的聚维酮碘消毒眼周皮肤对于预防白内障术后感染的效果。方法选择自2011年1月～2012年7月于云南省第二人民医院眼科接受白内障手术的8872例患者,术后使用0.5%的聚维酮消毒液在睑缘、内外眦及眼周5cm范围的眼睑皮肤进行消毒,与对照组进行比较,分析感染发生率。结果 8872例白内障手术患者未发生术后感染,2010年1月～2011年7月的6023例白内障术后未使用聚维酮碘消毒眼周的患者中有14例患者发生术后感染,二者进行统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障术后用0.5%的聚维酮碘消毒眼周皮肤可有效预防术后感染,减少术后并发症的发生。Objetive To observe the clinical effect of skin disinfection around the eye using 0.5% povidone-iodine to prevent the postoperative infection in cataract patients. Methods 8872 cases undergoing cataract surgery from Jan,2011 to July 2012 in Yunnan Second People＇s Hospital were analyzed. 0.5% povidone-iodine was used in the disinfection of palpebral margin, inner and outer eanthus, skin 5 cm around the eye. The postoperative infection rate was analyzed. Results There is no postoperative infection in 8872 cataract patients, compared with 14 postoperative infect in 6023 cataract patients from Jan, 2010 to July, 2011 without disinfection of 0.5% povidone-iodine. There was significant difference between them. Conclusion Skin disinfection around the eye using 0.5% povidone-iodine could effectively prevent the postoperative infection in cataract surgery.
