摘　　要：以人为本的教育理念对大学生思想政治教育工作具有重要的意义,是时代发展的需求,也是高校人才培养、构建和谐校园以及提高学生综合素质的要求。实现以人为本的高校思想政治教育,就要以学生为主体,促进学生的心理健康成长,尊重学生的独立性,并引导学生积极参与社会实践,促进学生自我发展能力和综合素质的提高。People-oriented philosophy of education has the vital significance to the ideological and political education of college students.It is the demand of times development.It is also the requirement of university personnel training,building a harmonious campus and improving students＇ comprehensive quality.Realization of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be people-oriented,take the student as the main body,promote the growth of the mental health of students,respect the students＇ independence,and guide the students to actively participate in social practice.We should promote student＇s self-development ability and comprehensive quality improvement.
