摘　　要：随着新媒体技术的不断发展,新媒体正日益影响和改变着大学生的思想、思维方式、学习和生活,进而促使高校学生党建工作环境、工作对象、工作人员发生变化,给高校学生党建工作带来机遇和挑战。在实际工作中,高校学生党建工作者应充分重视新媒体的教育影响力,把新媒体与学生党建工作有机结合起来,将新媒体作为有效的载体,提高学生党建工作的实效。As the continuing development of the new media technology,the new media is increasingly influencing and changing the students＇ thought,thinking way,study and life.It urges the environment,the object and the workers of the university student party building work to change,and then bring opportunities and challenges to the university student party building work opportunities.To raise the actual effect of the student party building work,the worker of the university student party building work should pay full attention to the educational influence of the new media,combine the new media and the student party building work,and take the new media as a effective medium in practical work.
