摘　　要：当代大学生由于成长环境和社会环境的影响,在大学每个阶段都承受不同压力,需要及时、科学、有效的压力管理。家长要积极参与大学生的压力管理,配合学校做好相关工作,共同促进大学生健康成长。Due to the growth and social environment,college students bear pressure in each stage,making the prompt,scientific and effective pressure management imperative.Parents should actively participate in the pressure management of college students and cooperate with the college to finish the relevant work,so as to promote the healthy growth of students.
