完善三项教育机制，促进大学生学业发展

摘　　要：当今时代，大学要树立育人为本的教育理念，要求管理者要一切从学生的实际需要出发，一切要从有利于学生的全面发展出发，一切要从有利于学生的个性发展出发，真正代表学生的利益，为学生做好服务。学业是大学生成长与发展的基石。学业发展对大学生的专业学习和未来的职业发展具有重要作用。本文通过对大学生学业中存在的问题分析，并结合学业发展现状，从管理的角度提出促进大学生学业发展的三项教育机制，促进大学生的学业发展。In the modem age, with the people-oriented education concept in college, it＇s required for administrators to make well service on behalf of students＇ benefit, and all have to start from students＇ actual requirement, integrated development, and personality development. Education is the foundation of college students＇ growth and development, which play an im- portant role for professional learning and future career development. With the research for the problem of college students＇ education, combined with the status of education development, from the perspective of management, put forward three terms of educational mechanism to promote education development.
