摘　　要：思想政治教育对于我国当代研究生教育的重要性不言而喻，育人为本、德育为先，立德树人是教育的根本任务，但是当前研究生思想政治教育中缺乏相应的专职工作队伍的问题，这也是不容忽视的切实现状。缺少思想道德教育的引导者，思想政治教育也不可能真正实施，所以如何探索出一条研究生思想政治教育工作队伍建设的新路，是目前提高当代研究生群体思想政治水平的当务之急。Ideological and political education for contemporary graduate education in our country the importance of it is self-evident. With people-centered education and the moral education first as principles, take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundamental task of education. But in the current graduate student thought political education lack of corresponding professional work team, also become the practical status not allowance to ignore. The lack of guidance of ideological and moral education, ideological and political education could not truly implemented, so how to find a graduate student working group of ideological and political education of the construction of the new road, is urgent to improve the level of contemporary graduate student community ideological and political.
