摘　　要：本文探讨了地方院校如何发挥自身特色，结合地方经济发展情况和特点，培养创新创业型生物技术人才的经验。主要从人才定位，课程体系，教学质量，实验实践教学，院企合作等不同方面进行了总结和讨论，为地方性大学生物技术创新创业型人才的培养提供参考。This paper discusses the way of local universities training innovation and entrepreneurial biological engineering talents, which combines with the characteristic of local economy development. The talents orientation, course system, teaching quality, experiment and practice teaching, cooperation of school and company are summarized and discussed to provide the reference on cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial biotechnology talents in local university.
