摘 要:陶瓷零件快速成型是快速成型技术在陶瓷材料领域的重要应用,为了设计出一种经济合理的快速成型设备,以陶瓷零件层和速凝技术为基础对各部件进行设计,采用滚珠丝杠和直线导轨相配合传递运动,结合Pro/E在实体建模方面和ADAMS在虚拟样机仿真方面的优势,对新型快速成型机进行了设计和动力学仿真分析,得到了铺料台的速度、加速度和受力曲线图。通过仿真结果表明,新型快速成型机在运行平稳性和可靠性方面得到增强,达到了预期目的。Rapid prototyping of ceramic parts is an important application for rapid prototyping technology in the field of ceramic materials. In order to devise an economical and rational rapid prototyping equipment, each component was designed based on the technology of laminated coalition and rapid concreting prototyping for ceramic parts. Through matches between the ball screw and linear guide to transmit motion, and advantages of Pro/E in modeling and ADAMS in virtual prototype simulation, dynamics simulation was analyzed for new rapid prototyping machine, thus obtained the velocity, acceleration and force graph of paving platform. The simulation results revealed that the operational stability and reliability of new rapid prototyping machine were enhanced, and it achieved intended purpose.
