摘  要:为了验证内燃灶工作原理的正确性以及测算其在工作过程中的热效率,基于内燃灶的工作原理,结合目前市场上主流燃气灶具的结构形式,以单眼灶为设计主体,提出了一种集成式高效节能内燃灶的样机设计方案。并制作了样机模型,进行了原理验证性试验,采集和分析了试验数据,结果表明,燃气混合气能够在炉腔内平稳燃烧,内燃灶工作原理没有任何问题;同时,试验过程中,热效率达到70.93%,相比于传统燃气灶有很大提高。For verifying the correctness of principle as well as estimating the thermal efficiency of internal combustion cooker, a design subjected with monocular form was put forward which was based on its principle and the structure of popular gas cookers. A principle verification test was conducted based on the prototype model and the test data was collected and analyzed. It revealed that the combustion was stable in furnace chamber and the working principle of internal combustion cooker was completely correct. Meanwhile, the thermal efficiency reached 70.93% during the test which was a great improvement compared to conventional gas cooker
