奥卡西平合用喹硫平治疗老年期躁狂发作的随机开放试验

摘　　要：目的:评价奥卡西平合用喹硫平治疗老年期躁狂发作的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例老年期躁狂发作患者随机分为奥卡西平组和丙戊酸钠组各30例,分别给予奥卡西平0.6～1.2g/d合并喹硫平0.2～0.6g/d和丙戊酸钠0.6～1.2g/d合并喹硫平0.2～0.6g/d治疗4周。以Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)、临床总体疗效评定量表(CGI)以及药物副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后BRMS、CGI评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),TESS两组间差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应均较少。结论:奥卡西平治疗老年期躁狂发作疗效确定,安全性良好。Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of oxcarbazepine and sodium valproate for treating manic episode in old people. Method：60 patients with manic episode were randomly divided into oxcarbazepine group（n=30）and sodium valproate group（n=30）. The patients in oxcarbazepine group were treated with 0.6-1.2 g/d oxcarbazepine,and those in sodium valproate group were treated with 0.6-1.2 g/d sodium valproate,on the base of atypical antipsychotics（Quetiapine）therapy. All patients were assessed by BeckRa faelsen manic scale（BRMS）,CGI and TESS for 4 weeks. Result：The score of BRMS and CGI in two groups significantly decreased after treatment for 4 weeks（P 0.05）.Similar side effects was found between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of oxcarbazepine and quetiapine are effective and safe for manic episode in old people.
