盆底痛临床症状171例分析

摘　　要：为提高对盆底痛的认识和诊断水平，对其临床表现进行分析，对171例盆底痛患者的症状进行详细记录分析。结果表明，肛门直肠疼痛、精神神经症状、胃肠道症状及下腰部疼痛是盆底痛患者所述主要症状。In order to improve the levels of knowledge and diagnosis about pelvic floor pain,authors de- tailedly recorded and analyzed the clinical manifestation of 117 patients with this disease in this paper. Re- sults show that main symptoms complained by these patients are pain of anorectum,psyehoneural symp- toms,gastrointestinal symptoms and pain of low waist.
