济安舒能医用伤口护理膜对肛瘘术后创口愈合效果的分析

摘　　要：为观察济安舒能医用伤口护理膜喷剂对肛瘘术后创口的愈合效果，将186例低位单纯性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组93例。治疗组患者术后采用喷涂济安舒能医用伤口护理膜喷剂及济安舒能纱条外敷创面，对照组患者术后采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂及马应龙麝香痔疮膏油纱外敷创面，比较两组疗效。结果显示，治疗组患者在术后3d肛门疼痛及创面渗出物、肉芽组织生长、创面愈合时间及术后并发症方面明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，对肛瘘患者术后应用济安舒能换药可明显减轻肛门疼痛，减少创面渗出物，缩短创面愈合时间，减少瘢痕组织生成，减少术后并发症的发生。In order to observe the healing efficacy of Jianshuneng medical nursing-membrane nebula for postoperative wound of anal fistula,the 186 patients with low simple fistula were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,93 cases each one,treatment group patients were given spraying Jian- shuneng medical nursing nebula and externally using nebula gauze strip on their wound surface, while in control group patients spreading Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment and externally using Mayin- glong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment gauze strip on their wound surface ; then healing efficacy of both groups was observed and compared. Results showed that in pain of anus, transudate from wound surface, growth of granulation tissue,healing time of wound surface,and incidence of postoperative complication 3 days after surgery treatment group was all significantly superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is indicated that dressing change with Jianshuneng nebula can distinctly relieve pain of anus, reduce transudate, shorten healing time for wound surface, suppress growth of cicatrix tissure, and lower incidence of postoperative complication.
