摘　　要：本文叙述了我国地方标准备案管理的依据和要求及备案管理的现状,列举了地方标准备案工作中存在的问题,提出了建立地方标准备案管理信息系统的建议。Abstract： This paper describes the current status of local standards for the management of our country basis and requirements and record management, enumerates the local standards for filing work problems,proposes to establish a standard informatien managernent system.
