摘  要:目的:研究不同龈下优势菌在种植材料表面的粘附特征。方法:通过将两种种植材料纯钛(TA_2)及钛-6铝-4钒合金(TC_4)试件分别与3种单一龈下优势菌S.s、F.n、P.g及其混合菌共同厌氧孵育,采用菌落形成单位(CFU)计数法量化测定培养试件表面的细菌粘附量,同时用扫描电镜观察材料表面形貌及细菌粘附情况。结果:TC_4表面的各单一细菌及混合菌粘附量均少于TA_2。结论:从微生态学角度而言,TC_4作为种植材料应当比TA_2更有利于种植体周的菌斑控制和种植的远期成功。To study the adhesion of subgingival predominant bacteria on implant materials. Methods: Under continual anaerobic incubation, the in vitro adhesion of three subgingival predominant bacteria, Streptococcus sanguis (S. s), Porphyromanus gingivalis (P. g), Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. n) or their mixture, to two widely used implant materials Titanium (TA2) and Ti-6Al-4V alloy (TC_4) plates were investigated respectively. The quantification of the attached bacteria on the surfaces of the material was assayed by means of clone forming unit (CFU)method 2, 7 and 14 days after the bacteria were seeded onto the meterials; the morphology of bacterial adhered to the materials was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results: Under both individual & mixed bacterial culture conditions, the amount of bacteria attached to the sur- face of TC_4 were less than that of TA_2 (P<0. 05),given that their surface roughness was almost the same. Conclusion: As far as the microecologic aspects are concerned, TC. as implant material is more beneficial than TA_2 to the plaque control around the implant and to long-term success of the implant therapy.
