摘 要:目的:了解种植体数目和植入部位对赝复体支持组织应力分布的影响。方法;采用三维光弹应力冻结切片法,对应用种植杆卡式赝复体修复无牙颌一侧上颌骨缺损的不同种植体数目(2、4或6个)和不同种植部位在垂直载荷下的应力进行冻结,并在相应部位切片观察。结果:发现腭部、牙槽骨、种植体周围骨界面的应力值与种植体的数目呈负相关。结论:对此类缺损的修复,应在切牙区、尖牙区、前磨牙区、磨牙区植入4只种植体为宜。To investigate the influence of implant number and implanted position on the stress distribution to the supporting tissue. Methods: Bar attachment prosthesis, supported by 2,4 or 6 implants in various position, were designed in the edentulous unilateral maxillary defect. Three-dimensional photoelastic frozen section method was used to freeze the stress-situation of the prosthesis vertical loads. Slices from corresponding areas were made to investigate the stress distribution of the prosthesis. Results: The stress in palatal area, alveolar bone and implant-bone interface decreased when the number of implant increased. The stress distribution was dicreasing by following: in bone-implant interface>in alveolar bone >in palate and in 1> in 3>in 5>in 7. Conclusion: Four implants should be used in incisor area, canine area, premolar area and molar area respectively for the implant prosthesis in the edentulous unilateral maxillary defect.
