八年制医学生早期接触科研培养创新人才的探索

摘　　要：北京大学医学部基础医学院自2001年起经过一期试点和二期推广实施“创新型医学人才培养项目”以来，通过向八年制低年级医学生开放实验室，进行早期接触科研活动和初步的科研素质训练，为探索医学本科生创新人才培养模式提供了一条新的途径。本文从教师的视角，通过与参加项目学生之间的直接互动，对项目实践过程中的管理方法进行了探索与思考，以期为创新人才培养提供具有借鉴价值的思路和方法。Since the implementation of ＂Innovative Talent Training Project＂ in early 2001, it has provided a gratifying attempt on the medical undergraduates innovative talent training model, by way of a pilot and extension of early exposure to research training on the entry-level undergraduates of the eight-year medical program in Basic Medical School, Peking University. Acting as the grassroots functional unit of the project, we accumulated some valuable ideas and experiences on promotion of both teaching and learning, through direct interaction with the participating students in the Laboratory of Pharmacokinetics and Pharma-cogenetics, Department of Pharmacology.
