摘　　要：临床实习是实现从医学生到临床医生角色转换的重要阶段，也是高等医学教育的重要组成部分。目前，由于各种不利因素的影响，医学生在儿科学临床实习中面临着许多困难。本文分析了医学生实习困难的原因并提出了相应的改进措施，以期达到提高临床实习质量、培养合格的高层次儿科学人才的目的。Clinical practice plays an important role during the transformation from a medical student to a qualified clinician. It is also an important part of advanced medical education. At present, pediatric medical students is facing many difficulties in clinical practice due to various unfavorable factors. This study is an analysis on reasons and solutions of these difficulties to improve the quality of clinical practice and training of pediatricians.
