摘　　要：目的了解上海交通大学医学院2006届-2010届临床医学专业毕业生质量，为进一步改进教学提供参考。方法采用白编问卷对用人单位调查，了解其对毕业生的评价，并将收集的数据进行统计分析。结果我校毕业生在“思想道德、职业精神与心理素质”、“知识与技能”两个一级指标中的得分均优于其他学校的学生（P〈0．01）；但是，在循证医学能力、创新精神等方面仍有不足。结论临床医学专业学生的创新能力培养有待加强、临床诊疗能力训练仍待深化、课程设置和教学内容还需要持续改进。Objective To learn about the quality of clinical medical graduates of year 2006 to 2010 in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, providing a reference for the further improvement of teaching. Methods Self-made questionnaire was adopted to collect data from the employers towards the evaluation of the graduates, and the statistical analysis was conducted afterwards. Results The graduates of our school scores higher in the aspect of ＂moral, professionalism and psychological quality＂ ＆ ＂knowledge and skill＂ than that of other schools （P〈0.01）. But the ability of evidence-based medicine and innovation was inadequate. Conclusions Such coping strategies as exploring the innovative ability, deepening the training of diagnosis and treatment, improving curricula and teaching contents are all need to be enhanced continuously.
