摘　　要：当前宏观经济增长放慢,在国资委对企业业绩考核中经济增加值(economic value added,EVA)和资产负债率所占的权重越来越大,电网公司可用投资规模进一步减少。电网公司的战略目标是在实现社会责任的前提下追求经济效益,因此建立供电公司投资规模的数学模型对提高电网公司投资决策的合理性具有非常重要的意义。以重庆电网公司为研究对象,采用定性与定量相结合的系统化方法筛选指标,建立供电公司投资规模指标体系;应用层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)方法确定指标的权重,再对供电公司进行综合评价;最终根据子公司综合评价与投资规模的关系建立供电公司投资规模模型。以此作为电网公司投资分配决策的理论基础,实现电网企业的全面协调可持续发展,促进企业健康稳步地发展。The growth of current macro economic is slow, and the weights of economic value added （EVA） and asset- liability ratio has become more and more lager in the enterprise performance evaluation of SASAC, so the investment scale of power grid company further reduces. The strategic goal of power grid company is the pursuit of economic benefits in the precondition of realizing social responsibility, so the investment scale model has very important significance for the rationality of investment decisions of power grid company. Taking Chongqing Power Supply Company as the research object, a systematic method of combined qualitative and quantitative was used to select index and the index system of investment scale was established for power supply company. The index weight was determined by using analytic hierarchy process （AHP） method, then the comprehensive evaluation of power supply company was carded out, finally the investment scale model of power supply company was built according to the relationship between the comprehensive evaluation and investment scale of subsidiary. The investment scale model can be theoretical basis for the investment allocation decisions of power grid company, realizing the comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development of power grid enterprises, as well as promoting the healthy and steadily improvement of enterprise dev61opment.
