摘  要:目的建立丹参药材280 nm定量指纹图谱和测定其抗氧化活性,并对两者进行二值相关分析。方法利用HPLC方法构建丹参药材指纹图谱,并测定各样品羟自由基清除率,用系统指纹定量法对丹参进行整体定量鉴别,并采用相关分析方法研究HPLC指纹峰与抗氧化活性的联系。结果 10批样品中以样品S9抗氧化活性最大。HPLC-抗氧化活性相关分析结果表明,44个共有峰中有18个峰(峰2、3、9、10、11、14、16、18、19、21、23、24、29、31、32、34、35、43)与羟自由基清除率呈正相关,其余为负相关。结论本文建立了丹参药材280nm HPLC指纹的抗氧化谱效关系,为药材活性成分筛选和丹参质量控制提供一个参考方法。Objective To establish the 280 nm quantitative HPLC fingerprints of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma and determine its antioxidant activity,between which the bivariate correlation analysis was performed.Methods The fingerprints of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma were established by HPLC method and evaluated by the systematically quantified fingerprint method(SQFM).Meanwhile the cleaning ratio(CLR) of hydroxyl free radical were also determined and the bivariate correlation analysis was employed to investigate the conjunction between each fingerprint and the CLR calculated by SPSS 16.0 software.Results S9 was the most antioxidant activity within the 10 batches of samples,and the correlation analysis showed that 18 fingerprint peaks(2,3,9,10,11,14,16,18,19,21,23,24,29,31,32,34,35,and 43) were positively correlated with the anti-oxidation activity significantly among the 44 common chromatographic peaks in the 280 nm HPLC fingerprints.Conclusion The antioxidant profile relationship between the HPLC fingerprint peaks and the CLR has been established,which may serve as a reference for screening the antioxidant active ingredients to better control the quality of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma.
