摘 要:目的 :探讨呆聪液对老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体的作用。方法 :选用 2 2月龄的老龄大鼠 ,采用双侧电解损毁基底核法 ,造成学习和记忆功能障碍的痴呆动物模型 ,观察了呆聪液对该动物模型脑M受体合成的影响。结果 :呆聪液的两个不同剂量试验组对老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体的作用与老龄大鼠痴呆模型对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,但两个不同剂量试验组的呆聪液对老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体的作用与脑复康对照组比较差异也有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中药呆聪液具有明显提高老龄大鼠痴呆模型脑M受体数目的作用 (P <0 0 1)和提高脑M受体的亲和力 (P <0 0 1) ,改善老龄大鼠痴呆模型学习和记忆功能障碍 。Objective: To explore the effect of Daicong Solution (DCS) on M receptor in brain of aged rat model of dementia. Methods: The effects of DCS on M receptor in brain of dementia model of learning and memory function hindrance were observed, the basal nuclei were ruined by destroying bilateral electrolytic method in 22 month old rats. Results: Significant difference was shown in comparing the M receptor in the two groups treated by different dosages of DCS with that in the model control group (P<0 01), significant difference also displayed in comparison of the DCS treated groups and Naofukang treated group (P<0 01). Conclusion: DCS has marked effects in elevating the number and affinity of M receptor in brain of aged rat dementia model and could improve its learning and memory function, the effect was superior to that of Naofukang.
