摘 要:航空发动机碰摩故障是一类常见的发动机气路故障,通过研究航空发动机压气机叶片-机匣碰摩故障特点、故障产物性质、静电感应原理和碰摩颗粒荷电机理,提出了一种基于静电感应技术在线监测航空发动机碰摩故障的方法。在航空发动机碰摩故障监测原理的基础上,自行设计制造了航空发动机压气机碰摩故障模拟实验平台并开展了航空发动机压气机碰摩故障模拟实验研究。利用该平台验证了静电感应技术监测碰摩故障的可行性,通过提取模拟故障静电信号的时域、频域特征,揭示了碰摩故障静电信号特征。研究表明电压信号均方根值及碰摩频率频谱幅值、电荷信号活动率水平及事件率可以作为诊断碰摩故障的特征参数。Aero-engine rubbing fault is a kind of common faults in the gas path of aero-engine. Through studying the fault characteristics of the robbing fault between the compressor blades and casing,the property of the fault products,the electrostatic induction principle and the charging mechanism of the particles generated from rubbing fault, an on-line robbing fault monitoring method of aero-engine based on electrostatic induction technique is proposed. Based on the monitoring principle of aero-engine robbing fault,a compressor robbing fault simulating experiment platform for aero-engine was designed and manufactured ;and the simulating experiment study of compressor robbing fault for aero-engine was conducted. Using this platform ,the feasibility of monitoring the rubbing fault with electrostatic induction technique is verified. Through extracting the characteristics of the simulated rubbing fault electrostatic signals in time domain and frequency domain, the electrostatic signal features of the robbing fault are revealed and the periodicity of robbing fault is verified. The study shows that the root mean square value of the voltage signal ,the frequency spectral amplitude of the rubbing frequency,the activity level and event rate of the charge signal can be used as the characteristic parameters for rubbing fault diagnosis.
