摘  要:研究大蒜素对大鼠大负荷运动后心肌脂质过氧化反应的干预作用及机制。将成年雄性SD大鼠48只,随机分为安慰剂组(A组)和用药组(B组),B组每日定时经口腔灌胃给予大蒜素30 mg/kg体重,A组给予相同体重比例的安慰剂(蒸馏水)。两周后观察各组在安静时及完成一次性大负荷游泳运动后即刻、运动后24 h心肌超微结构变化,并测定心肌组织SOD、MDA、TAC和血清CK-MB等指标。结果显示运动后两组大鼠心肌超微结构都出现改变和损伤,B组表现较轻微。B组在运动后两个时相心肌SOD和TAC均显著高于A组;心肌MDA和血清CK-MB非常显著低于A组。提示大蒜素有助于减轻大负荷运动导致的心肌脂质过氧化反应。The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of allicin on myocardium lipid peroxidation of rats. 48 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, the placebo group ( group A) and treatment group (group B). Rats in group B were dosed orally with 30 mg/kg allicin at regular time every day;rats in group A with placebo (distilled water) were dosed in the same weight proportion. Two weeks later,the myocardial ultra- microstructural changes of the two groups were compared at three stages:when the rats were at rest, immediately after heavy load swimming and 24 hours after heavy load swimming. The indices,including SOD, MDA,TAC of myocardial tis- sue and CK-MB of serum were measured and recorded during experiment. After heavy load swimming,myocardial ultra- microstructural changes and damages were detected in both groups. Myocardial ultra-microstructural changes and dama- ges of group B were larger. After swimming,the rats in group B have significant higher level of myocardial tissue SOD and TAC and lower level of myocardial tissue MDA and serum CK-MB compared with those in group A. Hence, it was concluded that allicin helped to alleviate myocardium lipid peroxidation after heavy load movement.
