摘 要:目的了解新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)碘盐普及情况和儿童尿碘水平状况,为制定碘缺乏病防治策略提供科学依据。方法在兵团14个师开展调查,所辖有9个以上团的师,按东西南北中5个方位采用单纯随机抽样方法抽取9个团,每个团随机抽取4个连队,每个连队随机抽检8户居民食用盐样进行碘含量检测;所辖有9个或不足9个团的师,抽取所有团,每个团随机抽取4个连队,每个连队随机抽取15户居民食用盐样进行碘含量检测;在每个被监测团随机抽取1所小学,在每所小学抽取20名8~10岁儿童尿样进行尿碘测定。结果共检测盐样4067份,盐碘含量均值为(33.61±5.34)mg/kg,中位数为32.20mg/kg,合格盐样4003份,不合格碘盐22份,非碘盐42份,碘盐覆盖率为98.97%,碘盐合格率99.45%,合格碘盐食用率为98.43%,非碘盐率为1.03%;共检测8~10岁儿童尿样3572份,尿碘中位数239.00μg/L,尿碘﹤50μg/L的占2.7%(95/3572),50~99.99μg/L的占7.4%(264/3572),100~199.99μg/L的占27.4%(977/3572),200~299.99μg/L的占31.2%(1116/3572),≥300μg/L的占31.4%(1120/3572)。结论当前的盐碘水平下,兵团各地儿童的碘营养状况基本处于良好和适宜水平,但也应因地制宜,根据当地人群碘营养水平适时调整盐碘,保证体内碘营养水平处于合理状态。OBJECTIVE To know the current situation of iodized salt and the level of urinary iodine of student aged 8-10 in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and to provide basic information for working out control strategies of iodine deficiency disorders. METHODS Altogether 14 divisions, 9 units in each division were randomly selected according to their sub-area positions of east, west, south, north and center, 4 companies were randomly sampled in each chosen unit, 8 households were selected in each chosen company; In every division with 9 or less units, all units were selected, 4 companies were randomly sampled in each chosen division, 8 households were selected in each chosen company. And 1 elementary school was randomly sampled in each chosen unit, 20 students aged 8-10 were selected to collect their urine samples in each school. RESULTS The samples of edible salts were total monitored: 4 067; qualified: 4 003; failed: 22; non-iodized salt: 42; The mean was (33.61±5.34)mg/kg, and the median was 32.30mg/kg; 98.97% coverage rate, 99.45% qualified and 98.43% consumption rate of qualified iodized salt all met the national standards. The median of urinary iodine of the 3 572 children aged 8-10 was 239.00μg /L, with ﹤50μg/L accounted for 2.7% (95/3572) , 50-99.99μg/L about 7.4% (264/3572) , 100-199.99μg/L about 27.4% (977/3572) , 200-299.99μg /L about 31.2% (1116/3572) , and ≥ 300μg/L about 31.4% (1120/3572). CONCLUSION In the current level of iodized salt, the level of urinary iodine of children is appropriate. But it should also adjust iodized salt according to local residents’ iodized nutrition, and guide residents to eat iodized salt scientifically.
