摘 要:研究了羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)对自流平砂浆流动性、保水性以及黏接强度的影响。结果表明:HPMC能够有效提高自流平砂浆的保水性,降低砂浆稠度;HPMC的引入能够提高砂浆的黏结强度,但是使得抗压强度、抗折强度以及流动度有所降低。对样品进行SEM对比测试,从水泥3、28d凝期的水化历程进一步解释了HPMC对砂浆的缓凝效应、保水效应及对强度的影响。The influence of hydroxypropyl methylcellose ester(HPMC)on fluidity,water retaining property,and bonding strength of self-leveling mortar were studied.It showed that the water retaining property could be improved and the consistency of mortar could be reduced with adding HPMC.HPMC could enhance the bonding strength of mortar,but it would led to the compressive strength,rupture strength and fluidity be reduced.By means of SEM test,the cement hydration process of 3d and 28d with HPMC was studied and it explained the influence of HPMC on retarding effect,water retaining property and strength.
