摘　　要：针对具体军工企业目前使用实心轮胎硫化系统控制精度低、次品率高、自动化程度低的现状,根据蒸汽硫化过程中,温度存在的时变、大滞后、非线性的特性,系统采用等效硫化方式代替定时方式,结合常规PID、模糊控制原理和生物免疫的原理设计了温度的模糊免疫PID控制算法,选用STM32F103和相关的硬件,设计了相应的外围电路,并在STM32上移植了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS,设计了相应的任务,由μC/OS内核进行任务调度,保证了任务的实时性;仿真结果表明,免疫PID控制具有很好的控制效果和较高的鲁棒性;用于现场生产后,系统在稳定自动运行的基础上,较好的满足了军品橡胶对温度的控制要求,温度控制精度可达±1℃,且成本低、操作简单,提高了企业的经济效益。To solve the problems of low control accuracy, high defect rate and low degree of automation integration of solid tire curing system in a military industry enterprise, the solid tire curing system , which is based on the characteristics of nonlinear property, time-var- ying and big pure hysteresis of control object in the solid tire curing process of pot-type vulcanization machine, is designed. The system se- lects STM32F103 as the main controller, and the corresponding peripheral circuits . Besides the system also adopts the equivalent curing mode instead of the previous timing curing mode and designs fuzzy immune PID control algorithm of temperature combined with the conven tional PID, the principle of fuzzy control and the biological immune principle. About software design, the embedded operating system μ C/ OS which is transplanted to STM32, the corresponding task is designed. Task scheduling completed by μ C/OS core, all this , which en- sured the real time. The Simulation results showed that Immune PID control has a good control effect and high robustness. In production, the control system can not only run steady , but also well meet the control requirements to temperature of Military rubber, temperature con- trol accuracy is ±1℃. Besides , the system has the characters of low cost , easy to operate , and the economic benefit is greatly im- proved.
