三种方法联合确定根尖孔开敞根管工作长度的评价

摘　　要：目的评价联合应用三种方法确定根尖孔开敞根管工作长度的准确性。方法选取71例患者,98颗正畸需拔除的前磨牙,共160个根管。随机分为两组,实验组(80个根管)联合应用电测法、放射法、纸尖法确定工作长度;对照组(80个根管)联合应用电测法、放射法确定工作长度。采用拔除患牙,显微镜下观察、测量K锉位于根尖孔位置的方法评价。结果根管工作长度适长率实验组为91.2%,对照组为77.5%。两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论联合应用放射法、电测法、纸尖法可以增加根尖孔开敞根管的工作长度测量的准确性。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of united x-ray method electornic apex locator method and paper point method in root canal working length with incomplete root formation.Methods There were 98 bicuspid teeth with 160 root canals should be extracted because orthodontia from 71patiens.And were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group（80 root canals）united x-ray method electornic apex locator method and paper point method in root canal working length;Contorl group（80 root canals）the working length was measured by X-ray method and apex locator method.To observe the location of K fill in apical foramen with microscope.Results The rates of in experim accuracy ental group was 91.2%,and it in contorl group was 77.5%.There was statistically difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The united x-ray method electornic apex locator method and paper point method can raised the accuracy of the root canal working length of the tooth that incomplete root formation.
