摘 要:目的:测定忍冬保健茶香气成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发性物质,采用GC-MS测定成份,采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出33种组分,鉴定了其中的13个组分,占挥发油组分总量的57.89%,香气成分中含量最高的含芳香族化合物占鉴定出组分的50.81%;醛酮醇类化合物占鉴定出组分的26.31%,其中醇类占29.79%,醛酮类占70.21%;含氮小分子化合物,占鉴定出组分的20.8%,呋喃类占2.08%。结论:忍冬保健茶加工后产生大量含氮小分子化合物,是目前研究为止首例发现,为忍冬保健茶保健功效的进一步研究奠定基础。Objective:To study the aromatic constituents of Honeysuckle health tea.Methods:Steam distillation was used to extract the volatile substances from the Honeysuckle health tea,GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical components of the volatile substances,and area nomalization was used to quantify the relative contents of the chemical constituents in the volatile substances.Results:33 components were separated and 13 compounds were identified within them,accounting for 57.89% of the total volatile oil.It was found that the major organic compounds of the identified compounds were aromatic compounds,aldehydes,ketones compounds and alcohols compounds(accounted for 70.21% and 29.79% separately),small molecules with nitrogen and furans with concentrations of 50.81%,26.31%,20.8% and 2.08%,respectively.Conclusion:It was first found that a large number of small molecules with nitrogen were generated from the Honeysuckle health tea after processing,and this will lay a foundation of further study on the health function of Honeysuckle health tea.
