摘　　要：目的了解初中生青春期性心理健康状况,为早期心理干预提供依据。方法整群抽取285名初中生施测青春期性心理健康量表,以SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果①初中生总体性心理健康状况分量表均分高于4.0分的是自身适应、性态度,低于3.0分的是性知识;②不同性别初中生性心理健康状况比较,初中女生生理知识、性知识、性观念均分显著高于男生,差异有统计学意义(t=2.442,2.138,3.080,P<0.05或<0.01);③不同成长环境初中生性心理健康状况比较,农村学生性观念均分显著高于城市学生,差异有统计学意义(t=2.289,P<0.05);④是否是独生子女、不同家庭状况初中生性心理健康状况各分量表均分比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论初中生的自身适应较好,性态度较积极,性知识较欠缺。女生生理知识、性知识、性观念优于男生,农村学生性观念优于城市学生。Objective To understand puberty psychosexual health for junior high school students so as to provide the basis for early psychological intervention.Methods Total 285 junior high school students cluster selected finished Puberty Psychosexual Health Scale.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results ①About total psychosexual health for junior high school students,the subscales average scores higher than 4.0 were self-adaption and sexual attitude,and the subscale average score less than 3.0 was sexual knowledge.②Comparison between different gender junior high school students on psychosexual health,the subscales average scores of physiological knowledge,sexual knowledge and sexual idea were higher for girls than boys（t=-2.442,-2.138,-3.080;P0.05 or 0.01）.③Comparison between different growth environment for junior high school students on psychosexual health,the subscale average score of sexual idea was significantly higher for rural students than urban students（t=-2.289,P0.05）.④Comparison between the subscales average scores whether or not only child,different family status for junior high school students on psychosexual health,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion For junior high school students,self-adaption is better,sexual attitude is more positive,but sexual knowledge is more lacking.While physiological knowledge,sexual knowledge and sexual ideas are better for girls than boys,and sexual ideas is better for rural students than urban students.
