Mental Health Status of Migrant Children in Beijing.

摘　　要：目的了解并分析北京市流动儿童的心理健康状况。方法采用中学生心理健康评定量表、青少年心理韧性量表、青少年社会支持量表对305名流动儿童进行综合分析,并与205名本地儿童进行对比。结果①流动儿童心理健康评定量表的总均分显著高于本地儿童(t=5.27,P<0.001);②流动儿童的心理韧性得分显著低于本地儿童(t=4.81,P<0.01);③流动儿童的社会支持得分女生显著高于男生(F=4.53,P<0.05),总体得分显著低于本地儿童(t=3.62,P<0.01)。结论流动儿童的总体心理健康水平不佳,与本地儿童相比,心理健康状况亟待改善。Objective To evaluate the mental health status of migrant children in Beijing.Methods Mental Health Inventory of Middle-school Students,Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents,and Social Scale for Adolescents were completed to contrast with local children.Results ①Migrant children＇s score of Mental Health Inventory of Middle-school Students was higher than that of local children significantly（t= 5.27,P0.001）.② Migrant children＇s score of Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents was lower than that of local children significantly（t=4.81,P0.01）.③ Migrant children＇s score of Social Scale for Adolescents was lower than that of local children significantly（t=3.62,P0.01）.Girls scored higher than boys（F= 4.53,P0.05）.Conclusion Contrasted with local children,migrant children＇s mental health is not in a good status,and need to improve.
