胸腔镜手术治疗食管良性肿瘤经验总结

摘　　要：目的:对60例采用胸腔镜手术治疗食管良性肿瘤患者的治疗状况进行总结,以提高临床治疗水平。方法:选取60例食管良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均给予电视胸腔镜手术治疗,观察治疗效果,总结手术治疗经验。结果:60例患者VATS手术成功58例,2例患者中转开胸手术。手术时间为38～141min,平均(62.2±12.5)min;术中出血量50～230mL,平均(95±15)mL;术后无死亡病例,未见明显并发症发生;术后引流管拔除时间2～9d,平均(3.8±1.3)d;术后进食时间为1～5d,平均(3.1±0.5)d;术后住院时间5～23d,平均(7.2±2.3)d。对60例患者均进行3～18个月的随访观察,未见复发及死亡病例。结论:食管良性肿瘤患者采用胸腔镜手术治疗效果理想,该法具有损伤小、术后易恢复、住院时间短等优点,值得推广应用。Objective：60 cases of esophageal benign tumor patients admitted to our hospital in recent years thoracoscopic surgery experience summarizes the clinical level.Methods：as an object of study in our hospital,60 patients were treated in patients with esophageal benign,were given VATS treatment,the observed treatment effect,summed up the experience of surgical treatment.Results：In this study,60 patients VATS surgery success of the 58 cases,2 patients transit thoracotomy.The operation time was 38-141min,average（62.2±12.5） min;blood loss 50 to 230ml,the average（95±15） ml;no postoperative deaths,no significant complications;postoperative drainage tube removed 2 - 9d,average（3.8±1.3） d;postoperative feeding time 1-5d,average（3.1±0.5） d;postoperative hospital stay was 5 to 23d,the mean（7.2±2.3） d.3 to 18 months of follow-up of 60 patients were observed,and no recurrence and deaths.Conclusion：patients with esophageal benign thoracoscopic surgery results are satisfactory,and has a small injury,postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay,etc.,should be widely applied.
