摘　　要：健康卡的应用过程就是卫生信息标准化过程一个缩影。健康卡的数据标准一般包括设备识别数据标准、身份识别数据标准、管理数据标准、数据连接标准、数据安全标准等。本文阐述了我国健康卡数据标准制定的基本出发点、总体思路和总体结构,介绍了我国健康卡卡内数据标准四个部分(身份识别数据、卡识别数据、基础健康数据、管理数据)的数据项和具体用途,以及在实际工作应用中需要注意的关键点,有助于卫生机构和健康卡持卡人更好地理解和使用居民健康卡。The application of Health Card is a key link in health information standardization. The data standards include equipment identification data standards, person identification data standards, management data standards, data link standards, and data security standards. This paper describes the basic principles and general architecture of the data standards for the Health Card in China. The standards include four components, i.e. person identification data, card identification data, general health data, and management data. Also, this article emphasizes the key issues to be addressed in practical work. These information may help health card holders and health care providers to better understand and use the Health Card.
