摘 要:目的统计甘肃省中医药卫技人员的现况并预测需求。方法根据2009年对甘肃省中医药卫生机构调查结果,结合卫生服务需求法进行分析。结果甘肃省平均中医执业(助理)医师数0.42人/千人口;平均中医注册护士数为0.56人/万人;医护比为1:0.13。利用卫生服务需求法测算甘肃省省市县级医院中医医师、中医注册护士、中医药剂人员的需求量24331人,与实际拥有量7137人相差17194人。结论甘肃省中医药卫技人员数量不足、配置结构不合理,且城-乡区域分布不均衡,需加强中医药人才队伍建设。Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) human resource in Gansu province and estimate its demands. Methods By retrieving the results of the survey on TCM institutions in Gansu province in 2009, we analyzed the TCM human resource demand using the health service demand calculation. Results The average number of TCM physicians (including assistant physicians) in Gansu Province was 0.42 per thousand population. The average number of registered nurses was 0.56 per 10, 000 population. The ratio of doctors and nurses was 1:0.13. The total demand which was calculated by health service demand calculation for the practitioner physicians, registered nurses, and pharmaceutical personnel of TCM was 24331 in Gansu province in 2009, but the "real world" number of the available staff was 7137. Conclusion Gansu Province lacks TCM human resources, particularly in rural areas. Efforts should be made to change the situation.
