消定膏皮肤刺激性及致敏性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究消定膏对家兔完整皮肤的刺激性及其对皮肤的致敏性。方法:家兔去毛后左侧区域为空白对照区,涂以蒸馏水0.5 mL;右侧区域为给药区,涂以0.5 g消定膏,每天涂抹1次,连续7 d,观察及记录红斑及水肿等情况,并按皮肤刺激反应评分标准进行评分研究其对完整皮肤的刺激性;通过与高致敏物2、4-二硝基氯苯比较研究其致敏性。结果:在连续贴敷消定膏第4天和第5天开始出现轻度红斑,贴敷第5天开始出现轻度水肿,停药后48 h逐渐恢复,对皮肤无过敏反应;消定膏过敏发生率为0%,无皮肤过敏反应。结论:消定膏对家兔完整皮肤具轻度刺激性,对皮肤无致敏反应。Objective： To study skin irritation and sensitization of Xiaoding Gao with rabbit. Skin sensitization of 2,4-two nitro chlorobenzene, which is highly allergic. was appeared at 4th or 5th day, mild edema was found Xiaoding Gao is compared with Results： After continuous applying Xiaoding Gao, mild erythema at 5th day. 48 h after discontinuation of Xiaoding Gao, erythema and edema disappeared gradually, and there wae no skin allergic reaction. The allergic rate of Xiaoding Gao is 0%. Conclusion： Xiaoding Gao has little skin irritation and no sensitization effect to complete rabbit skin.
