摘　　要：全科医生是我国基层卫生服务机构的核心组成部分,提高全科医生的培养质量是我国医疗卫生体制改革的关键所在.本文对我国全科医生的培养进行分析,依据设定的培养目标对现有培养方式中的问题进行了反思并提出了改进建议,希望能够为构建长效稳定的全科医生培养模式提供一定的参考.General practitioner is one of the most important components of Chinese community health service unit,to promote the quality of general practice training becomes a key to Chinese modem medical-sanitary system reforms.By analyzing Chinese general practice training model,reflecting on the problem existing in present training model and making recommendations for its improvement according to the given training target,we hope to offer certain reference for constructing a long term effective stable general practitioner training model.
