从循证医学角度探讨《外科学》教材修订

摘　　要：本文以人民卫生出版社五年制医学生使用的医学教材《外科学》为例,从循证医学的角度对医学教材修订中存在的问题进行了探讨.结果表明,《外科学》教材中某些观点值得商榷,未能体现“总是采用最佳证据”的原则;同时,教材中对于引用他人的观点和研究未给出参考文献的标注,存在着对他人著作权的保护不够的问题.针对以上问题提出了建议,希望能够为医学教材的修订有所帮助.By taking textbook of surgery textbook published by people＇ s medical publishing house for five-year program as example,this paper had discussed the problems of the revision of medical textbook in the perspective of evidence-based medicine.The results showed that some viewpoints of surgery textbook were questionable,it was not able to reflect the principle of ＂always take the best evidence＂.Besides,the references were not labeled where statements were quotation of studies from others,lacking of respects of others＇ copyright.The suggestion about how to resolve the problems were proposed,which the author hoped will give aid to the revision of medical textbook.
