摘　　要：心脏骤停是临床危急重症,心肺复苏是救治此类患者的主要措施.目前,我国的心肺复苏知识普及率及心肺复苏救治成功率不容乐观.第四军医大学西京医院根据美国心脏病协会发表的《2010年国际心肺复苏和心血管急救指南及治疗建议》,实施了新的心肺复苏培训模式.本文在对比传统培训模式的基础上,对新的培训模式进行了总结分析,并探讨了心肺复苏培训面临的问题和解决方案.As the clinical critical disease,cardiac arrest require immediate and effective rescuer measure.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） is the most basic and important strategy for those patients.However,the domestic situation of both popularizing rate and the success rate of CPR skill are below the average level.This paper summarized the experience of new CPR training model which carried out in the clinical skill training center of Xijing Hospital of The Fourth Military Medical University and analyzed the helpful inspirations,difficulties we met during the training and some possible solutions.
