摘 要:目的了解深圳市院外、院内急救人员对院外院内衔接的认识和实际衔接过程中存在的问题,并据此提出改善衔接的建议。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对深圳市急救网络医院310名院外急救人员和290名院内急救人员展开调查,运用SPSS13.0进行结果录入和数据分析。结果院外、院内医护人员都认为院外院内衔接很重要,两者之间的认识差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。院外急救人员对于目前衔接状况的整体满意度低于院内急救人员(P〈0.05)。双方对衔接不足的具体认识也存在差异。结论深圳市院外、院内急救的衔接工作需要改善和加强,重点在于建立明确的衔接管理机构、统一的交接制度和高效的信息交互平台,并加强双方的统一培训和技术交流。Objective To explore the emergency medical personnel' s understanding level of effective link-up between the pre-hospital and in-hospital services, and locate any flaws and provide solution in order to perfect the system. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was given to the service personnel, including 310 pre-hospital and 290 in-hospital emergency professionals in Shenzhen EMS system for a survey. The data was compelled and analyzed by adopting SPSS 13.0 processor. Results It demonstrated same understanding level on the significance of pre-hospital and in-hospital link-up, reflecting no statistical difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). However, the pre-hospital emergency personnel had a lower satisfaction level than the in-hospital emergency personnel in general (P〈0.05). In addition, both groups had different point of view on some specific flaws of the link-up. Conclusions It is believed there is rooms to perfect link-up area for the system as a whole, with emphasizing on setting up a clear managing section and rules to unify the connection procedures between the two groups, establishing an efficient information interaction platform, as well as providing unified training.
