摘　　要：心理弹性已成为当前心理学研究的热点问题,众多研究者认为心理弹性的研究应该扩展到创伤患者的各个领域。本文从创伤患者的心理特点和心理弹性的概念及特点入手,着重分析了心理弹性保护性因素的研究现状。并从个人、家庭和社会方面建构了创伤患者心理弹性的支持系统,目的在于探索创伤个体生存和成长的力量源泉,为创伤个体心理干预计划引入心理弹性干预策略提供参考。Resilience has become the hot topic of current psychology. Many studies suggest that resilience should be extended to all the areas of trauma patients. Based on the concept and features of trauma patients＇ psychology character and resilience, the research status of resilience protective factors is analyzed. The support system for the trauma patients＇ resilience is constructed by the personal, family and society. The power source of trauma personal survival and growing is used to explore. It is used to provide reference for the resilience intervention strategy for the trauma patients.
