摘　　要：为了进一步提高大学生职业生涯规划教育质量,促进大学生就业,需要将狭义的"大学生职业生涯规划"课程拓展为普适性"大学生职业生涯规划"课程体系、个性化职业咨询体系以及全方位就业指导体系的综合系统;针对教育教学中重视程度、资源状况、课程体系、教学方法等方面存在的突出问题,进行资源整合,构建统一有序的教育体系;更新教育理念,丰富教育方法,搭建相应平台,增强教育教学的联合动力,设计生成多维立体化的大学生职业生涯规划教育体系。In order to improve the quality of education in college students＇ career planning, promote their employments, it needs to define the college students; career planning education comprehensively, and build it into an integrated system including universal career planning education system, personal- ized career counseling system and a full-employment guidance system from the narrow college students career planning courses. According to the attention degree, resources, curriculum, teaching methods and other problems,the resources integration is carried out to build a unified and orderly educational system, update educational philosophy, enrich the educational methods,establish the appropriate plat- form to enhance the combined power of education and teaching, and design a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional orientation education system.
