摘　　要：分析了地方高校实行地方高校青年教师"导师制"的必要性,从转换角色、提高教学艺术、新老教师共同进步3个方面提出了青年教师"导师制"的构建。The necessity of constructing tutorial system for younger teaeher in local university was analyzed. The construction of tutorial system was discussed from three aspects of transforming angle, improving teaehing artistie, common progress of new and old teachers.
