摘 要:本文对南京长江、赣江、微山湖、鄱阳湖、洪泽湖、涨渡湖、高邮湖以及安徽明光、射阳等9个群体的克氏原螯虾形态差异进行比较分析。分析结果表明:各个群体间肌肉剪切力差异明显(P<0.5),安徽明光和射阳群体的螯长与体长的比值明显高于其他地区,各地区种群肌肉含水率没有显著差异。9个地区之间单位色差值差异显著(P<0.5),色差均值最小的是微山湖群体7.42,均值最大为安徽明光群体16.07。以体长为基数建立了4个线性回归方程,均表明不同地区克氏原螯虾头胸甲长、头胸甲宽、螯长与体长的线性关系存在显著的差异性(P<0.5)。The analysis of a comparative morphological differences of 9 artificial breeding Procambarus clarkii groups,from the Yangtze River,Ganjiang River of NanKing,Weishan Lake,Poyang Lake,Hongze Lake, Zhangdu Lake,Gaoyou Lake,Mingguang and Sheyang was conducted. The results showed that muscle shear force were different between every groups (P〈0.5),the ratio of chela length and body length from Anhui and Sheyang groups was significantly higher than the other regions,the muscle moisture content had no significant difference among nine of regions groups. Nine regional units chromatic aberration value was significantly differen(tP〈0.5), the minimum mean was Weishan Lake groups(9.37),the maximum mean was Anhui groups(16.07). Four linear regression analysis equations of body length were established,which showed that linear relationship between head Breastplate length,carapace width, chela length and body length form different regions was significant differences(P〈0.5).
