摘 要:ZnO在国民经济建设中是不可缺少的重要基础化工原料和新型材料,随着近年来伪劣ZnO的出现,暴露出我国ZnO相关标准滞后的缺陷,使得ZnO及其伪劣品的鉴别研究变得尤为迫切。通过电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP)分析表明,伪劣ZnO的杂质组成是以Ca为主,Mg、Pb、Fe次之,还含有其他杂质微量或痕量。通过感官鉴别和化学鉴别对ZnO及其伪劣品进行了比较研究,结果证明:本鉴别方法简便快速,可准确地鉴别ZnO产品的真伪,具有广泛的应用前景。Zinc oxide(ZnO) is a kind of indispensable important basic chemical raw material and new material in the development of national economy.With emergence of inferior ZnO in recent years,the defects of China's ZnO standards lag was exposed,so it is important to identify ZnO and its inferior products.ICP analysis showed that the impurities of shoddy ZnO were based on Ca followed by Mg,Pb,Fe,and other impurities in minor or trace.The comparative studies of ZnO and its inferior products were carried on by sensory and chemical identification.The results showed that the identification technology was simple,fast,and can be used to accurately identify the authenticity of the ZnO products,had a wide range of application prospects.
