医学院校学生医德教育的问题与对策

摘　　要：医德教育不仅影响学生个人发展,也对医疗卫生行业的行风建设和医患关系的改善有着重要影响。医学院校要在教育性、交往性和服务性等原则的指导下,不断加强医德教育师资队伍建设和课程建设,创新医德教育方法,改进医德评价方式,从而有效提高医学生的医德水平,培养素质高、专业强的医学人才。Students’ moral education plays a role not only in students’ own development but also in professional moral construction of medical industry and relationship between doctors and patients.Guided by principles of education,interaction and service,medical colleges should strengthen teachings staff and courses concerning moral education,cultivate teaching methods and improve means of moral evaluation to improve students’medicalm orality effectively and cultivatem edical talents with high quality and professionalism.
