摘 要:建立了食盐中微量F-、NO2-、SO24-的非抑制型离子色谱检测方法。自制银离子交换树脂,将食盐溶液与银离子交换树脂混合,充分搅拌10~15 min后过滤,以3.0 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾为淋洗液,非抑制型离子色谱法电导检测器同时测定食盐中微量F-、NO2-、SO24-。F-、NO2-、SO24-的标准曲线范围分别为0~400、0~500、0~700μg/mL,相关系数0.9998以上,其检出限分别为0.028、0.029、8.27 ng/mL,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,样品加标回收率为90%~103%。该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,线性范围宽,回收率高,适用于食盐中微量阴离子的检测。A sensitive method was established for the determination of trace F-, NO2- and SO4^2- in salt matography with non -suppressed con -ductivity detection. Ag + exchanged resin was prepared by ourselves. was mixed with Ag + exchanged resin, filtered after stirring for 10 min, the concentration of trace F-, NO2- by ion chro- Salt solution and SO4^2- in the solution was determined simultaneously by using 3.0 mmol/L potassium hydrogen phthalate as eluent. The linear range of the method was 0 - 400 μg/mL, 0 - 500 μg/mL, 0 - 700 μg/mL for F- , NO2- and SO2- with correlation coefficients more than 0. 9998, the limits of detection were 0. 028 ng/mL, 0. 029 ng/mL and 8.27 ng/mL, respectively. The recover- ies were between 90% and 103% with RSDs less than 5.0%. The developed method had high sensitivity, good precision and high recoveries. Compared with suppressed ion chromatograph, this method was more economical and practical, and was more proper for the determination of trace F- , NO2- and SO4^2- in salt.
