摘 要:目的:分析济南市社区卫生服务人员职业倦怠的现状及其影响因素,探讨工作家庭冲突与职业倦怠的关系。方法:采用Maslach职业倦怠普适量表(MBI-GS)和工作家庭冲突问卷。结果:样本机构社区卫生服务人员情感衰竭和个人成就感低下问题较为严重;参加工作时间较短,职称低,月收入较少的社区卫生服务人员职业倦怠问题更为严重;工作家庭冲突越高,职业倦怠问题越严重。结论:要重点关注参加工作时间较短、职称低、月收入较少的人员,提升他们的工作热情;实行人性化管理,减少员工工作家庭冲突有助于降低其职业倦怠水平。Objective To analyze the status of job burnout of community health services staffs in Jinan and its influencing fac- tors, and explore the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout. Methods Community health services staffs were surveyed with scale of MBI-GS and questionnaire of work-family conflict. Results The problems of emotion exhaustion and low per- sonal accomplishment were serious in community health services staffs. And community health services staffs who were freshmen, with lower professional titles or less salary showed more serious job burnout. The higher work-family conflict, the more serious job burnout was. Conclusion Staffs with less work experiences,lower professional titles or less salary should be concerned to improve their enthusiasm. And human-based management should be carried out to reduce work-family conflict, which will be helpful to lower their job burnout.
